Jiang-Shi are much unlike other bloodlines, they have different weaknesses, and a different way to feed themselves. Jiang-Shi are created when a restless spirit is unable to leave a body, typically when another Jiang-Shi trap said spirit within the body, refusing to let it free. When a Jiang-shi is created, they magically obtain a scroll which is merged with their body; this appears upon their brow and is visible to all and is known as a 'prayer scroll'.
